My journey in healthcare began over 12 years ago as a registered nurse, driven by a passion for helping people feel their best. After graduating from NYU and continuing my education at Adelphi University, I became a Nurse Practitioner and have been practicing in that role for the past four years.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians and anesthesiologists, gaining valuable clinical experience and developing a strong foundation in patient care, safety, and precision.
Over time, my passion for healthcare naturally grew into a passion for aesthetics and wellness. Today, I’m proud to own and operate our medical spa alongside my wife. Together, we’ve created a space that combines our love for aesthetics with a medical approach centered on safety, natural-looking results, and making every patient feel comfortable and confident.
For me, this is more than a business. It’s an opportunity to combine over a decade of healthcare experience with my passion for aesthetics while building something meaningful with my wife.

I didn't get into aesthetics to "do botox" I got into this because it's truly my passion to make people feel beautiful and help them step back into their confidence. Not different. Not frozen. Just elevated.Â
I'm a mom of 3, running on caffeine, ambition, and a slight obsession with symmetry. I built thus business from the ground up with my husband, and every client who walks through my door is part of our story.Â
I'm big on natural results, honest consultations, and never doing something just because we can. If you sit in my chair, i'm treating your face like it's my own, with a very intentional eye for detail.Â

Hi! I’m Yael, a certified Laser Technician at Shots & Bandages.
I’ve always had a passion for skincare, beauty, aesthetics, and healthcare, which is what led me to pursue a career in the aesthetics industry.
I love getting to know my clients, understanding their individual skin concerns and goals, and helping them feel more confident in their skin. One of my favorite parts of my job is seeing their progress and being a part of their skincare journey.
Outside of work, I’m currently attending New York Institute of Technology in the BS/DO program, pursuing my goal of becoming a physician. I love being able to combine my passion for healthcare with my interest in aesthetics, and I’m always learning about new treatments, technologies, and skincare products.
When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, trying new restaurants, shopping, traveling, and making memories with the people I love.
I’m so grateful to be part of the Shots & Bandages team and love creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every client who walks through our doors!

Hi! I'm Luisa, and I’ve been an esthetician for over five years, specializing in advanced facials and a variety of laser treatments.

What I love most about what I do is helping my clients feel more confident in their skin while creating a space where they can feel comfortable, relax, and take a little time for themselves.

I believe healthy skin goes beyond what we do in the treatment room. Our skincare routine, nutrition, hydration, supplements, and everyday habits can all play a role in the health and appearance of our skin.

I love educating my clients and helping them understand not only what treatments can benefit their skin, but also what they can do at home to continue improving their results.

One of my favorite parts of being an esthetician is getting to know my clients and building genuine relationships with them. I want my treatment room to feel like a little getaway; a place where you can unwind, take care of yourself, and leave feeling good.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the gym, spending time with friends or family, listening to a podcast, taking a walk on the boardwalk, or simply enjoying a quiet day at home.
